Sign Up Request Form

Please read before signing up: Take on College is a nonprofit that offers free services to all. However, we have a limited amount of volunteer mentors. The earlier you sign up before your deadline, the more likely we are able to take you on as a student.

If there are less than 2 weeks to your application deadline, there is a possibility that we will not be able to accommodate you. If you are already enrolled in college counseling services that are supporting you and reading over your essays, we encourage you to save spots for others.

Are you a First-Generation Student? (meaning neither of your parents have graduated with a 4 year bachelor's degree)
Would you prefer to schedule a video meeting with us?
Do you qualify for free/reduced lunch?
How did you hear about Take On College?

Next Steps:

If you have a draft of your essay already, please paste your essay into a Google Doc and share it with takeoncollegeseattle@gmail.com.

NOTE: We cannot start edits until we have your essay! Include your prompt and word count, and if you need us to focus on anything (i.e. cutting words).

Please follow the directions above, and a mentor will email you in several business days. As college season ramps up, we ask for your patience as we process sign up requests. Submitting this form is not a guarantee that we will be able to accept your request, as we have a limited amount of mentors and currently have an increase in sign-ups.
